warm up:- do 5-10 minutes joint mobility, then do....

A little bit about me.....

Not sure if any one will read this but hey im not sure im bothered - but i feel i need to write a few things down to enable me to start a new journey into weight loss / fitness / healthier me!

All my life i have struggled with my weight - at 12 i was 12 stone at 13 13 stone and so on until i was 15 stone at 15 and remained 15 stone for a few years - i turned 18 and abused my body with copius amounts of beer, kebabs - you name it!

Kettlebell Workout Of The Week January 25th

Ok this workout will definitley get your heart rate racing!



Warm Up- Do joint mobility for 5 mins and then do this quick kettlebell warm up....use a light bell! Do it once.



Turkish Get Ups 5 each side

Sling Shots x 10 each side

Clean and press x 5 each side

2 arm swings x 10


Main Circuit:
Right Arm Clean & Swing Combo x 10
Gladiator Push Up x 5
Left Arm Clean & Swing x 10
Plank Right Leg Up 30 Seconds then Left Leg Up 30 seconds
Clean & Snatch Right side x 10

Intermediate Kettlebell Workout

Ok last week I posted a workout for complete beginners!

Here is a workout for those that want to inject a bit of pace into their training!

Warm up using Joint Mobility

1. 2 arm swings x 30 secs
2. Clean, Squat and Press x 30 secs each side
3. Renegade Rows x 5 each
4. Sling shots x 10 each
5. Figure 8 to Hold x 5 each
6. Run around bell 3 each way.
7. Squat Thrust, catch and squat x 10
8. Snatches x 10 each
9. Vampire sit ups x 5 each
10. Seated Russian Twists x 10

Beginner Kettlebell Workout!

Ok for those that are new to kbs. Here is a simple kettlebell workout!

don't forget to warm up for 5 mins before hand!

1. Straight Leg Deadlifts x 10
2. 2 Arm swings x 10
3. Military Press x 10 (use 2 hands)
4. Single arm rows x 5-10 each
5. Bent Leg Deadlifts x10
6 Front Squats (use bodyweight if required!) x 10
7. KB Bi cep curls x 10
8. Tricep extentsions x 5-10

Do as a cicruit without any rest. Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 3- 4 times.

Do 3 time s week with a day off in between workouts! D… Continue
